At IFFCO Urban Gardens, we want your gardening experience to be seamless and successful. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 15 days of delivery for a hassle-free refund or replacement.
Initiate Request
Log in to your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and state the reason for the request.
Pack the Items
Ensure the products are unused and in their original packaging, including all labels and tags, to prevent damage during the transit back to our facility.
Handover to Courier
Our logistics partner will schedule a pickup within 48 hours; please provide them with the packed items and collect the return shipment acknowledgment.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned gardening supplies, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
